The Bachelorette Becca Kufrin has regrets about her final pick [report]
By Ruby Maxwell
Becca confirmed she got engaged when the Bachelorette finale was filmed in May, but a new report indicates she thinks her instincts were off about her final pick.
Just weeks after Becca Kufrin and Arie Luyendyk’s breakup played out on TV, she started dating 28 guys as ABC’s newest The Bachelorette star. Although she has confirmed she got engaged when the finale was taped in the Maldives, it’s possible fans may see her in the same situation as Arie — regretting her final pick and trying to get back together with her runner-up.
Fans won’t know for sure how things turn out for Becca until the Bachelorette After the Final Rose airs on August 6, a new report indicates that things aren’t going so well for Becca and the guy she got engaged to. Did she rush into ANOTHER engagement without thinking things through? It sure sounds like it.

After filming wrapped in May, Becca made several media appearances and confirmed she was engaged.
Soon after the final rose was taped in the Maldives, TMZ released photos of Becca and the guy who appears to be her final pick — Garrett Yrigoyen.
Blogger Reality Steve confirmed that Garrett is indeed her final pick, something that shouldn’t come as a surprise to fans. She seemed to be laser-focused on Garrett starting on night one.
Up until now, Steve has reported that Becca and Garrett are still engaged.
But, a new report from Life & Style indicates that Becca may be having second thoughts about Garrett, with sources stating that she may not have taken enough time to get to know her other frontrunners. We’re thinking they mean Blake, but time will tell.
Things have changed
Now that she’s had time to get to know her final pick, things have reportedly changed. We can’t confirm this report, but here’s what Life & Style has to say about her post-filming relationship.
“The more private time she shares with him [her final pick], the more she realizes they don’t have as much in common as she thought … There’s tension when she’s with him because she’s been acting withdrawn … Making matters worse, after watching the show over the past few weeks — and seeing sides to the contestants she hadn’t known about during the taping — Becca now thinks her instincts were off.”
Life & Style’s source goes on to say that Becca “doesn’t think she had enough of an open mind with the other guys … She just spent so much of her time chasing the winner.”
That’s not all…
Becca has been back from filming her season for almost two months now. She’s had the opportunity to read articles and scan social media for more information about the guys she was dating, including her final pick.
“As a result, she’s learned new things about them, both positive and negative. She thought [her final pick] was the right choice from what she knew of him during filming,” Life & Style reports. “Now] she’s learning things about him that she never knew before. It was all such a whirlwind when she fell in love with him. And she can’t help but think she made a rash decision.”
Will Becca break off her engagement before the Bachelorette After the Final Rose special airs on August 6? We’ll find out soon enough, but who knows! Maybe the information from Life & Style’s source was fabricated to create drama on an otherwise boring season of The Bachelorette.
