Bachelorette Becca confirms Arie shows up this season — final rose drama ahead?
By Ruby Maxwell
Last month, Bachelorette Becca Kufrin confirmed Arie Luyendyk Jr will make an appearance this season. We’re still waiting!
The Bachelorette Becca Kufrin hands out her final rose next week and there will be confusion, tears, and heartbreak.
Will Becca’s ex, former Bachelor star Arie Luyendyk play a part all of the drama that will transpire during the three-hour finale?

Last month, Becca told Us Weekly that Arie “makes a quick appearance …I’m not going to give anything away or when it happens, but it’s a conversation that had to happen.”
We’re not sure what they talked about after spending 40-plus minutes breaking up on national TV and following up with a chat on the Bachelor After the Final Rose. Haven’t they talked about their breakup enough?
Maybe Becca needed more closure — or producers enjoy stirring up unnecessary drama.
Arie, where are you?
We assumed Arie would show up before hometowns or right before her Fantasy Suite dates. But, that didn’t happen.
Now, there is just one episode left and we’re wondering if producers edited Arie out of the show.
No offense to Arie, but we’ve heard Becca mention him more than her final two guys this season. Enough, already — they broke up, Arie is getting ready for his January wedding — what’s left to discuss?
If Becca and Arie’s chat session (pep talk?!) doesn’t happen before she hands out her final rose, there’s a possibility that he will show up on the live Bachelorette After the Final Rose special.
That would make absolutely no sense, but this is The Bachelorette, so never say never.
There is one thing we do know — Arie and his bride-to-be, Lauren Burnham make a cameo appearance on the upcoming season of Bachelor in Paradise. Hey, it was a free trip to Mexico — why not?
Watch the three-hour Bachelorette season finale on Monday, August 6 at 8 p.m. ET.
