Kendall Long was eliminated after spending the night in the Fantasy Suite with Bachelor Arie Luyendyk. What’s next for the taxidermy enthusiast?

Many fans were surprised that Arie eliminated Tia and kept Kendall after last week’s Bachelor hometowns episode. After all, Kendall didn’t have a one-on-one date all season until her hometown date, something that doesn’t happen often.

Although she made it to the overnight dates in Peru, it was the end of the road for Kendall after she slept with Arie in the Fantasy Suite. Well, we assume she had sex with him — it’s possible that they played cards or talked about taxidermy. Now that she’s no longer a contender for Arie’s final rose, will fans see Kendall back on TV looking for love in the near future?

Next Bachelorette?

It’s been about two months since the overnight dates were filmed, so Kendall has had plenty of time to get over Arie.

Judging from her funny social media posts, she’s not curled up in her bed eating ice cream and brooding over her breakup.

Maybe she lucked out considering Arie’s indecision about his final pick. Spoilers indicate that Arie totally screwed up the season finale. He dumped the girl he got engaged to and reunited with his runner-up. What a mess.

There’s been plenty of chatter about who will be the next Bachelorette, but ABC’s pick won’t be confirmed until after the Bachelor finale airs.

More from Accept This Rose

Chris Harrison may make the announcement on the After the Final Rose special.

It’s also possible Jimmy Kimmel will introduce the 2018 Bachelorette on his show in the near future (maybe next week).

Will Kendall get the Bachelorette gig? We’re not so sure.

She would be fun to watch, but there are rumors that either Tia Booth or Becca Kufrin will be handing out roses in May.

There’s always Paradise…

During the Bachelor Women Tell All, Chris Harrison confirmed that contestant Bekah Martinez will appear on Bachelor in Paradise this summer.

He didn’t mention any other names during the WTV. However, if Kendall wants to go back on TV to find love, there’s no doubt producers would love to have her in Paradise.

Watch the Bachelor season finale on Monday, March 5 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
