3 reasons why Bachelor contestant Tia Booth will be the next Bachelorette

Tia Booth is competing for Bachelor Arie’s heart, but if it doesn’t work out, here’s why we think she’s the top pick to become next Bachelorette.

Arie’s season of The Bachelor is just getting underway, but we’re already looking at his girls to figure out who has potential to hand out roses 25 or 30 guys. And it’s not just us — the show’s creator, Mike Fleiss, is already tweeting about it, telling fans he “It’s time to start looking for our next Bachelorette … need your advice, Bachelor Nation!”

We’re predicting Tia Booth will get the gig. And we’re not spoiling the outcome of the show, but here are our thoughts about Tia, the girl from Weiner, and why we think she might be ABC’s next leading lady.

The Weiner Joke

On the Bachelor season premiere, Tia gave Arie a little wiener — aka a little, plastic hot dog. Funny, right? She’s from Weiner, Arkansas so it makes sense. She tried to get a laugh out of Arie but he didn’t get the joke.

“I hope you don’t have a little wiener.” Priceless. He said, “No” — but he was seriously talking about the toy, not the ….well, the other wiener. Trying to be PC here.

The fact that Arie didn’t get Tia’s joke make us think she’s not going to get the final rose. Or maybe she doesn’t want it.

She has a great sense of humor and needs to find a guy who understands her silliness. Surely she could find a guy who is a better match if she’s the next Bachelorette.

The Wrestling Date

Tia is getting special treatment from producers … or at least it looks that way.

During the wrestling group date, producers apparently told the audience to cheer for Tia and “boo” when Bekah M. came out.

Then they were told to cheer for the winner and it appeared that Maquel would win. However, the crowd then started rooting for Tia.

Chris Harrison then named Tia the winner. Was that all a set up by producers?

Maybe they are trying to play her up as much as possible so she will become a fan favorite — a good way to set her up to become the next Bachelorette.

Are we reading too much into this? Maybe. But then there’s the Raven connection…

Before the season started, Reality Steve said because of the friendship, he expected Tia to be on the show for awhile…

“Let’s face it, she’s Raven’s friend so I’m guessing she’s going to be on awhile. I don’t think they’re putting Raven’s friend on the show for her to be a non-factor.”

And if rumors are correct, she’s not the girl whose ex-boyfriend showed up at the final rose ceremony.

But she did make it far enough to be considered for the next Bachelorette?

If she’s in the final four — and we think she is — there’s a good chance she made it to at least hometowns not because she was hot for Arie, but because producers want her to hand out roses this Spring.
