Raven Gates friend makes a play for Bachelor Arie Luyendyk

Bachelor Arie Luyendyk has already eliminated several girls, but Raven Gates friend is expected to stick around for awhile.

It’s been almost a week since Arie greeted his ladies in the Bachelor mansion driveway. Since then, he’s put his “Kissing Bandit” skills to the test during the first round of one-on-one and group dates.

Arie has also eliminated a number of girls who were probably shocked that Arie showed up instead of Peter. But one contestant may stick around longer than others — she’s Bachelor Season 21 runner-up Raven Gates’ friend, Tia Booth.

The identities of several of Arie’s girls have revealed and many of them are at least 10 years younger than the 35-year-old race car driver. While it’s not unusual for former contestants to urge their friends to apply to become a Bachelor contestant, one has to wonder if Raven thought her friend, Tia, would be meeting Peter Kraus, not Arie.

At this point, it doesn’t seem to matter who is handing out roses. Many girls join the cast to promote their brand —otherwise known as not being there for the right reasons.

Is that the case for Tia?

According to Reality Steve, Tia will be sticking around for awhile, but we’re not sure why. She’s not an actress, fitness instructor, or model — she’s a 26-year-old physical therapist who hails from Little Rock, Arkansas.

Maybe she really is looking for love with a guy who is 10 years her senior?

From what we can gather, her ex-boyfriend may play a part in the upcoming season of the Bachelor.

At this time, we don’t know enough about Tia to make that call, but if there’s an ex in the picture, fans can expect drama.

“She is very good friends with Raven Gates,” Steve writes. “You’re probably gonna be hearing about an ex back home when it comes to her. Not sure of all the details yet in terms of how serious it was, how long, etc, but just know that people are chirping. But let’s face it, she’s Raven’s friend so I’m guessing she’s going to be on awhile. I don’t think they’re putting Raven’s friend on the show for her to be a non-factor.”

When the Bachelor begins in January, but we may add Tia to our Fantasy League.
