The Bachelor in Paradise season finale will feature an ending that is unlike the three previous seasons of ABC’s summer reality show.
During this season of Bachelor in Paradise, far too much time was spent on the Corinne-Demario situation. From sit-down interviews to Chris Harrison’s pep talks with the cast, the first few episodes were all about the scandal.
Dates were brief, cocktail parties were rushed, and we didn’t get to see many of the relationships develop. With just a few episodes to go, the finale will be here before you know it. And the ending will be quite different from previous seasons. Here’s what you need to know about the Bachelor in Paradise finale.

According to TV Guide’s schedule, there won’t be a two-night finale. It appears that the Bachelor in Paradise reunion show will be jammed into the final two-hour episode.
Barring any changes by the network, the finale and reunion will air from 8 p.m. – 9 p.m. ET on Monday, September 11.
The reunion show won’t be live
A live reunion show would be great but that’s not going to happen. According to Reality Steve, the show was taped in Los Angeles on August 30.
That means it will be edited — that’s a total bummer. A live show would definitely be more fun to watch, especially when Kristina faces Dean. But wait….here’s some scoop about this season’s love triangle!
The ‘Paradise’ finale will revolve around Dean
Warning: Spoilers ahead
Don’t expect much drama until the reunion show begins. The finale itself will be a yawn-fest. No one gets engaged. That’s a big first — there’s been at least one engagement every season up ’til now.
Three couples spend the night in the fantasy suite — Taylor and Derek, Raven and Adam, and Lacey and Daniel. Although they all leave Paradise together, no one proposes.
However, there will be an engagement during the reunion. The word is already out — Derek proposed to Taylor and she scored a three-carat diamond ring.
In addition to Derek and Taylor, fans will get updates on some of this season’s couples including Raven and Adam (still dating), Lacey and Daniel (not together), and Amanda and Robby (they are no longer dating).
And then there’s Dean. He will be in the hot seat during the reunion and it won’t go well. Even if you miss the first half of the show, don’t miss the showdown between Dean, DLo, and Kristina.
