3. The Women Continue

Kaity, Genevieve, and Katherine were introduced next on The Bachelor with a little introduction. Then came the trumpet. Vanessa walked out throwing beads as the trumpeter played since she hailed from New Orleans. Some women brought in pennies, others rapped, and some had Zach read notes in his sexy voice. Kylee used a megaphone to catcall him. Some had some dirty jokes, but the best thus far was Mercedes.

Mercedes strolled up with her pig Henry since she is a pig farmer and has shown pigs since she was little. A party bus rolled up to the mansion to avoid being outdone, letting Christina out, who had already met Zach on the After the Final Rose show. She joked about returning from her bachelorette party, which is why she had the party bus. Some other women showed up until the star of the show arrived.

Brianna arrived last rose in hand. She won America’s first impression rose from the After the Final Rose show and let Zach know that she wasn’t here for the roses but was here for his heart. The women welcomed her with open arms as she was already safe from elimination on night one. She wore a red gown with roses all over it to drive the point home.

4. First Impressions

Jesse met up with Zach before he entered the mansion and let him know that while Brianna got America’s first impression rose, Zach would have his first impression rose to hand out on night one of The Bachelor Season 17. He then entered the mansion and addressed the women struggling through the introduction speech. He landed on the right note, saying what he wanted in a relationship and how he modeled his after his parents’ 30 years of marriage.

The first woman to whisk Zach away inside was Katherine. Their conversation went well, and they discussed looking for a best friend and being goofy together. The next woman up was Kaity, who had a heartfelt conversation with The Bachelor that was sealed with a kiss. Christina took Zach onto the party bus next and did her rapid-fire compatibility quiz. The last question, of course, was whether they should kiss, and the answer was an emphatic yes.

Then the rest of the women boarded the party bus, which turned into a legit party with music, lights, and alcohol. The party continued into the mansion, where Zach and Cat fed each other meatballs and talked with their mouths full. Honestly, it was quite disgusting. Brianna got time with Zach next and wanted to capitalize on the opportunity despite having a rose.

Jesse brought out the first impression rose, and the tension turned up in the house since the women sitting around the table hadn’t had the opportunity to talk to Zach. Genevieve brought in a test baby to see if Zach could change a diaper. It went surprisingly well and was a unique moment between the two. Greer, 24, talked to Zach about wanting a traditional, everlasting love despite her young age. She also revealed that her endgame is in Austin, Texas, where Zach is currently located. The two sealed their passionate conversation with a kiss.
