5. First Last Kiss

Madison had a conversation with Zach where she dressed him in cold weather gear, preparing him for Fargo, North Dakota, her hometown. As Zach talked with another woman, she stole him away again to see if he would kiss her. After they did the griddy they had a short kiss, definitely not the best one he’s had during the night.

It doesn’t seem like these two are connecting. Zach even said he didn’t know if he was feeling the kiss and now feels overwhelmed with her. Madison walked back to the girls and talked about how while they did kiss, it wasn’t what she was looking for. It was just a peck instead of a kiss. This put her in a tailspin and eventually made her cry and say she wanted someone to want her. Out of thirty women on The Bachelor Season 27, the odds that Zach wouldn’t connect with at least one of them isn’t shocking.

Tensions and feelings in the house changed an hour after some women questioned their relationship with Zach despite having talked to him for maybe thirty seconds. The Bachelor Season 27 could get rough fast.

6. Better Kisses ahead

Zach followed up this awkward interaction with a great conversation with Charity. The two ended their bonding chat with a kiss getting the mojo back for Zach. Next was Jess, the first woman out of the limo on The Bachelor Season 27. They talked about being able to calm each other down during a very stressful night. This conversation, too, ended with a kiss.

The first impression rose was the hot topic amongst the women as Zach approached to get the rose. He picked it up and asked Greer to talk. He gave the rose to her, and the two concluded this heartfelt interaction with a long kiss.

The women who didn’t get the rose, 28 to be exact, started to have the feeling set in. Madison was off crying in a room as Jesse announced the conclusion of the cocktail party. Jesse went and found Zach after and touched base. Zach reaffirmed that he feels his wife is in that room, but that is what everyone in that position says. Instead of going to the rose ceremony, Madison walked out of the mansion to have a conversation with Zach.

She and Zach chatted, but honesty is huge to him, and he wanted Madison to know that he wasn’t feeling the connection. He didn’t want to lead anyone on she he was honest with her. Zach thought it would be best if she left, so she did with a long walk down the drive at The Bachelor mansion. She felt she deserved more than Zach and couldn’t believe she wasted part of her life going on this show.
