Bachelorette Becca and Colton’s hump day date is uncomfortable to watch (video)

Colton scores his first one-on-one date with Bachelorette Becca on Monday night and it so awkward we can’t stop watching the preview.

Bachelorette Becca Kufrin and her remaining guys head to Vegas on Monday, June 25 for another round of drama and weird dates.

This week, Colton Underwood gets picked for the one-on-one date. The video preview below makes it clear that Becca’s connection with Colton is purely based on looks, not substance.

Episode 5 will be an interesting one for sure. ABC is promoting the heck out of the 2-on-1 date between Chicken Guy David and Goofy Model Jordan.

But Becca’s date with Colton that is the one we’re most interested in watching.

Mostly because we think Colton signed up to become a contestant when he thought Tia was going to be The Bachelorette.  Just assuming, of course, but this picture is a red flag (spoiler in link).

The video below Becca shows them riding camels in a desert. Because that’s what you do when you go to Vegas, right?

Even the camels look uncomfortable

Becca says they are on a “hump day” date because they are both trying to get past previous relationships.

NOTE – Colton wasn’t in a relationship with Tia, so let’s stop that baloney right now. Unless spending a few hours together constitutes a relationship these days?! (Wait – that’s exactly what happens on The Bachelorette so maybe I’m wrong.)

During the camel/hump date, Colton looks like a 5-year-old who is afraid of heights. Becca is trying too hard to make a connection with Colton, who is thinking about Tia.

They keep trying to hold hands, but the camels keep drifting apart. A sign that Colton won’t get Becca’s final rose? For sure.

But, despite knowing his past connection with Tia, Becca will still make out with Colton and keep him around for awhile. Maybe longer than she should.

Next: How far does Colton make it with Becca?
