Many of Bachelorette Becca Kufrin’s guys played sports in college, but two of her suitors are NFL players.

Becca Kufrin recently told Ellen that she’d love to have Good Morning America host and former New York Giants defensive end Michael Strahan as a contestant on her season of the Bachelorette.

Although that’s not going to happen (maybe a cameo appearance?), producers picked two NFL players to join the season14 cast. Hopefully, they will measure up to Strahan who she says is her celebrity crush.

Colton Underwood

Reality Steve confirms that Colton Underwood, 26, is one of Becca’s guys. Underwood is currently a free agent. He was previously signed by the San Diego Chargers.

Colton Underwood is an American football tight end who is currently a free agent. He was signed by the San Diego Chargers as an un-drafted free agent in 2014.

Clearly, he has some time on his hands so he’s trying to play the Bachelorette dating game while he waits for an NFL team to sign him.

It may or may not come up during Becca’s season that Colton dated Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman.

According to USA Today, the broke up in June 2017.

The distance between them (Colton was in Colorado, Aly in Massachusetts) took its toll on their relationship.

Clay Harbor

Clay Harbor,30, will also appear on The Bachelorette this season. He lives in Chicago and is currently a tight end with the New Orleans Saints.

Prior to playing for the Saints, Harbor played for the New England Patriots, Jacksonville Jaguars, Philadelphia Eagles, and the Detroit Lions.

Why is he taking time off to find love on The Bachelorette?

Possibly because he can’t play football right now — he’s on the injured reserve list. I guess it’s better than sitting around doing nothing – may as well go on a reality TV show while you’re on the sidelines.
