The Bachelor Winter Games spoilers: Are Ashley and Kevin still together?
By Ruby Maxwell
Ashley Iaconetti isn’t crying 24/7 on The Bachelor Winter Games, but will she be in tears after the season finale?
Let’s be honest — it’s not normal to watch Ashley not crying on TV. Kevin Wendt, who previously won The Bachelorette Canada, is the first guy who stopped her obsession with Jared Haibon. We’re happy for Ashley, but considering filming for the Winter Games ended in December, inquiring minds want to know — are Ashley and Kevin still together?
There’s one thing we know for sure — they aren’t the couple who gets engaged on the reunion show that airs after the finale. But, there is a relationship update you may be interested in if you are rooting for Ashley to find love. Spoilers ahead…
True love or made for TV?
Ashley focused in on Kevin during the first episode of The Bachelor Winter Games. We must give her credit — when she wants something, she goes after it. It appears Kevin has a genuine interest in her, but we’re still not totally convinced that he’s in it for the long haul.
Ashley and Kevin are one of the four couples who make it to the season finale on Thursday (February 22). There’s no proposal. Instead, they decided to continue their relationship off-camera.
The V-card
And no, she didn’t have sex with Kevin during their overnight date on the finale. And that’s something she will admit during Thursday night’s reunion show. However, Reality Steve states that Ashley has been talking to friends about losing her virginity after the show ended — or that’s what his source says.
It’s a personal thing, so we get it that she didn’t want to reveal that she’s no longer a virgin. Kevin is apparently staying with Ashley in L.A. right now. We assume they don’t sleep in separate rooms.
Is Kevin looking for fame or love?
It’s been two months since the Bachelor Winter Games was filmed in Vermont. Although Kevin is supposedly staying in L.A., it doesn’t sound like he moved in with Ashley permanently.
There are some questions about his true intentions. Did he choose to start an on-camera relationship with Ashley because she’s one of the most talked-about contestants in the franchise?
Spoilers point to Ashley and Kevin winning The Bachelor Winter Games. We’re not sure how you win the season, and there’s no money involved — but there is great exposure!
There’s no doubt they will be making TV appearances after the finale. Product endorsements, paid appearances … all great if you’re looking to extend your two weeks of fame.
Kevin may have his sights set on becoming the next Bachelor Canada

Kevin Wendt appeared on the first season of Bachelorette Canada (Jasmine Lorimer) and won the final rose. They ended their engagement after five months.
“They are a couple now,” Reality Steve writes. “But it’s been reported to me that Kevin’s sole intention of doing this show was to be the next Bachelor Canada. And if not that, he just wants fame, he wants notoriety, and he was strictly looking to hook up with whatever girl in the house would garner him the most attention.”
Steve states that when Chris Harrison called Ashley and Kevin up on stage during the reunion, he did not ask them if they were in love.
They didn’t admit to that, either. Ashley did confirm that they didn’t have sex in the Fantasy Suite, but didn’t want to talk about their “private life” (i.e. sex life) post-filming.
Will Ashley and Kevin last?
We’d love to say, “YES!” but we don’t think so. Somehow, we think Ashley will end up in a puddle of tears once the chatter about the Winter Games dies down. Maybe we’ll be wrong. If so, we’ll be throwing confetti to celebrate.
Watch the Bachelor Winter Games on Tuesday, February 20, followed by the finale and reunion on Thursday, February 22 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
