Hooray! The Bachelor Winter Games begins tonight! We can’t wait to see some of our favorite Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants compete for dates that will undoubtedly lead to drama and, maybe, a few love stories. And we’re excited to learn more about the international contestants who will compete alongside Team USA!

Here are three important tidbits of information (spoiler free!) that you need to know before the premiere begins at 8 p.m ET. From dates and rose ceremonies to the Winter Games Tell All special, here’s the scoop on ABC‘s new Bachelor spinoff!

The Bachelor Winter Games schedule

More from Accept This Rose

Die-hard Bachelor fans will get their fix this month. In addition to watching the Bachelor on Monday nights, ABC will air the Winter Games spinoff on Tuesday and Thursday nights (8 p.m. – 10 p.m. ET) starting on February 13.

The finale will air on Thursday, February 22 (8 p.m. – 9 p.m. ET), followed by a one-hour Bachelor Winter Games Tell All (9 p.m. – 10 p.m. ET).

According to Reality Steve, the Tell All won’t be live — the contestants will be in L.A. to film the reunion-type special on February 16.

Dates and rose ceremonies

Getting a date on the Winter Games isn’t as easy as Chris Harrison handing out a date card.

Contestants will have to earn the date card by winning a challenge. Once they win the card, they can ask another contestant out on a date.

Rose ceremonies aren’t really a thing on theWinter Games. Instead, contestants will write down the name of the contestant they want to eliminate and all the names will go in a box. Spoilers point to five of the 26 contestants going home on night one.

Is there a prize for winning the Winter Games?

Remember Bachelor Pad? There was a $250K prize at stake. That’s not happening during the Winter Games — it’s all about doing competitive winter sports to earn a date.

However, there will be a winner crowned this season — and a few couples who will leave in a relationship. But there won’t be a cash prize. It’s all about love and drama. We’re not mad about that at all — bring on the drama!
