DLo spills major dirt on Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise contestants

Danielle “DLo” Lombard did a Reddit tell-all about her Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise co-stars and she didn’t hold back.

DLo dished some major dirt about the Bachelor fam during a recent Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything). When celebs spill tea on Reddit, it’s hard to look away. And while some may question DLos’ motives, we really don’t care. The more juicy gossip the better, especially because it’s the off-season for the show and we’re scrambling for some scoop.

From an uncomfortable situation between Vanessa Grimaldi and Rachel Lindsay during Nick’s season to some Paradise dirt about Dean and Kristina, here’s what DLo had to say.

DLo had a connection with Ben Zorn

It sounds like producers didn’t want Ben to find love. Instead, they were focused on creating drama.

“I wish they would have aired my relationship with Ben because I think it shows I wasn’t pursuing Dean …. Poor Ben, but honestly the show will do that. He definitely talked about more things that his dog, but hey. There’s worse things to do than talk about how much you love your pup!”

Dean wasn’t interested in Kristina

DLo previously explained that producers told Dean to break up with DLo during the finale. During her Reddit AMA, she claimed Dean told her he wasn’t interested in Kristina.

“From what [Dean] he told me and his friends, was that he was more into me but because Kristina was so emotionally invested he was having a hard time telling her he wasn’t interes.ted.”

Vanessa stirred up more trouble than we knew on Nick’s season

Before Paradise, DLo was on Nick Viall‘s season of the Bachelor. When the season aired last year, there were rumors about tension between Vanessa Grimaldi and Rachel Lindsay. DLo says that the situation between Vanessa and Rachel was “bad.”

“Vanessa stabbed me in the back and tried to get everyone else in the house to hate me. Then she tried to do something similar to Rachel later on. Vanessa called Rachel something that was extremely derogatory. From what I heard it was bad. Vanessa had to be separated for the rest of the show.”

It shouldn’t come as a surprise to hear Nick (allegedly) took the Bachelor gig for fame, not love. Blogger Reality Steve alluded to that long before Nick’s season aired on TV.

And DLo states that many of the girls on Nick’s season felt the same way.

“I think most of the girls felt like Nick never wanted to get married and he just wanted to be on TV. So that really pissed a lot of women off. Maybe for Vanessa, it became more of a competition? It was just ironic because she told Nick I was just there to be famous since I’ve modeled in the past, but you come to find out later that she’s actually a model and TV host/actress in Canada and that Nick’s been taking acting classes out in LA.”

Note — one day after DLo answered dozens of questions on Reddit, the majority of her answers were removed. Did she get a call from a Bachelor producer? Her contract may prevent her from saying certain things about things that happened from behind the scenes.
