‘Bachelor’ stars Nick and Vanessa go house shopping in trendy LA neighborhood
By Ruby Maxwell
The Bachelor star Nick Viall didn’t win the Dancing with the Stars Mirrorball trophy, but he’s not ready to give up on Hollywood just yet.
Nick and his fiancée, Vanessa Grimaldi, are looking to settle down in Los Angeles. That all but dashes rumors that the couple is on the verge of a breakup.
According to TMZ, Nick and Vanessa have been shopping for a place to call their own in the trendy South Park neighborhood in L.A. They checked out a 2 bedroom apartment in one of the cities luxury skyscrapers earlier this week. The couple, who got engaged in November, reportedly spend 45-minutes touring the apartment.
Although it certainly sounds like the apartment is a top contender, they didn’t plunk down any cash for the unit. Apparently Nick and Vanessa want to check out a few more before they make a decision.
Vanessa moved in with Nick several months ago when he became a contestant on Dancing with the Stars. The apartment currently live in is leased by the folks at DWTS. They need to find a new place ASAP now that his time on the show is over.
Scratch that. His TV time is not completely over. Nick. The Bachelor star, and other contestants who were eliminated this season, will appear on the Dancing with the Stars finale next week.

And then there are rumors that the couple may be considering a show of their own. Remember Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After on Freeform?
There are rumblings that Nick and Vanessa may go that route, with Vanessa saying, “never say never” when asked in a post-Bachelor media call if they would do another reality TV show.
For now, it appears that Nick is focused on finding a place to live in L.A. and his new business, The Polished Gent.
As far as a wedding goes, he admits to People that they have no plans to set a date just yet. Nick says they have a lot more to learn about each other. Perhaps going slow is a good thing considering Bachelor couples date, and get engaged, at warped speed.
