Did The Bachelor star Nick Viall make it another week on Dancing with the Stars or was he one of two couples who went home on Week 7?
The Bachelor fans were cheering Nick on Monday night. He was at the bottom of the leaderboard last week putting him in jeopardy of going home tonight. And he wasn’t alone. Bonner Bolton and David Ross were also in bottom three on Week 6. That’s why votes from fans are so important!
Monday night’s show featured the couples’ performances and a dance-off between six couples. The seventh couple, Normani and Val, earned immunity when they earned a perfect score for their Movie Night performance. They will move on to Dancing with the Stars Week 8 with four other couples.
Nick’s painful performance
Before the dance-off, Nick complained of cramping in his calves. Despite the pain, he did very well, scoring a 34 for his spy-themed Argentine Tango. While it was painful for him to dance, it wasn’t painful to watch. It was one of his best performances of the season.
The dance-off
Here’s how the dancers fared in the dance-off. Winners are in bold.
- Nick and Peta vs Bonner and Sharna
- Simone and Sasha vs Nancy and Artem
- Rashad and Emma vs David and Lindsay
‘DWTS’ Week 7 elimination
During the final moments of the show, host Tom Bergeron announced the two celebrities who were eliminated this week. Nick and Sharna and Nancy and Artem will not move on to the next round of competition.

What’s next for Nick Viall?
Now that his time on Dancing with the Stars is over, Nick will finally have time to spend with his bride-to-be, Vanessa Grimaldi.
However, fans should not expect the couple to start planning a wedding now that his dancing days are over. Nick recently told People that they have a “long way to go” before they head to the altar.
The Bachelor star revealed that his new business, The Polished Gent, is his top priority.
He went on to say that he’s “obviously” going to focus on his relationship with Vanessa. We’re positive she appreciates that, Nick.
