Who wins The Bachelorette season 17?
If you keep up with The Bachelorette spoilers, you’ll likely know that Reality Steve reported earlier on in the season that Blake Moynes makes it to the final four. Many fans of the franchise were surprised to hear that he would make it that far considering all the other awesome guys who were in the running, but he’s made it pretty far.
As I mentioned earlier, Blake is now in the final two — and that’s not all.
As reported by Reality Steve on June 23, Blake Moynes is the winner of Katie’s season of The Bachelorette — and they are currently engaged!
To be honest, I was pretty surprised at this news at first. I have nothing personal against Blake, but compared to the other guys Katie quickly formed connections with, for instance Andrew Spencer or Michael Allio, it was hard to imagine a new guy coming in and stealing the show. But now, it makes sense.
Here’s what Reality Steve reported in June about Blake winning:
"“Here’s what I can share. For the longest time since filming ended, I basically kept hearing things about her final 4 of those who DIDN’T win. And at some point during that time, I’ve received actual proof that Andrew, Justin, and Greg all didn’t win. I obviously can’t share that proof without compromising sources. Last week was when I got the proof on the final guy who didn’t win. So yeah, all signs pointed to Blake due to process of elimination, but I still didn’t feel comfortable reporting Blake because nobody had actually told me ‘Katie is engaged to Blake.’ I also hadn’t been told that she DIDN’T pick him either. Just hadn’t heard anything regarding Blake until this past weekend I got my first ‘She’s with Blake’ info, then yesterday, got the confirmation I needed.”"
Given both Katie and Blake are bold, goofy, and have a good sense of humor, their connection is pretty undeniable now. We’ll have to tune in for The Bachelorette season 17 finale tonight at 8:00 p.m. EST to see what happens!
