Who went home on The Bachelor tonight? Season 25, episode 3
Tonight’s episode of
The Bachelor
expectedly brought on some drama and emotional moments, and it nontraditionally began with a rose ceremony. As fans will remember, Week 2 ended with the ceremony starting, but it was cut short when contestant
felt sick and nearly fainted. Five ladies went home at the start of the episode, and no,
wasn’t one of them.
From a hilarious group date where the women had to write steamy love scenes and perform them in front of leading man
, to Sarah getting jealous and crashing a cocktail party she wasn’t invited to, Week 3 served up the entertainment we were truly looking for. And oh yeah, we also learned that Chris Harrison has written a romance novel called
! What an episode.
And for the cute moments, Matt had a one-on-one with Serena Pitt and it seems they’re seriously into each other. There are so many promising contestants this season!
Who was kicked off The Bachelor this week?
So which contestants went home in tonight’s episode? Here’s who didn’t receive roses during the ceremony in Week 3:
- Alana Milne
- Illeana Pennetto
- Kristin Hopkins
- Marylynn Sienna
- Sydney Johnson
Of course, fans were really upset to see that Matt sent Marylynn home instead of Victoria, and many have made that known on social media. Marlynn is actually trending on Twitter right now because of all the posts about her!
At the end of the day, it’s Matt’s quest to find love, so we’ve got to trust him. And sadly, on top of the ladies who were eliminated during tonight’s rose ceremony, Sarah self-eliminated in a surprise move.
Why did Sarah leave The Bachelor?
Sarah decided to go home during Week 3 of The Bachelor after feeling attacked by the other women in the house. Her fellow contestants criticized her for crashing the group date cocktail party, and she then confided in Katie Thurston in explaining that she wanted to go home to be with her family. As Sarah explained earlier in the season, her dad has ALS. Although we’re sad to see her go, we understand her decision, and so did Matt.
