Jared Haibon joins Bachelor in Paradise Australia cast, says he’s not dating Ashley Iaconetti

Jared Haibon is shooting down rumors that he’s dating Ashley Iaconetti weeks ahead of his appearance on Bachelor in Paradise Australia.

Now that Ashley Iaconetti is no longer dating Kevin Wendt, rumors are circulating that she is dating Jared Haibon. Although Reality Steve says they are together, Jared is now setting the record straight.

During the I Suck at Dating podcast, Jared said he hasn’t dated anyone in six years. What? That’s not true — he dated Caila Quinn after meeting her on Bachelor in Paradise Season 3. And now we’re learning that he recently did some dating oversea…

Overseas romance?

We don’t think Jared met the love of his life while he filmed BIP Australia — unless he’s really good at keeping secrets. It’s a hell of a long distance relationship, so good on him if he does have a love interest overseas. (My son studied abroad in Sydney last year and the flight was extremely long!)

Reality Steve is usually spot on with the Bachelor gossip, so Jared may be downplaying his relationship with Ashley due to his upcoming appearance on Bachelor in Paradise Australia.

We’re not sure when the show will air, but Cosmo reports that it will air in the “first half of 2018.”

Until the show airs, it’s possible that his contract states that Jared has to keep his relationship status a secret.

He made sure to mention that he’s not dating anyone during the I Suck at Dating Podcast, but many fans still aren’t buying it.

Another theory is that Ashley is the one who wants to keep the relationship a secret. After all, she supposedly lost her virginity to Kevin Wendt and they broke off their relationship shortly after The Bachelor Winter Games finale aired.

Maybe she doesn’t want anyone to say she jumped right into another relationship. But, that shouldn’t be a factor. Especially because she’s been gaga over Jared for years.

Let’s see what happens after Jared appears on Bachelor in Paradise Australia. Maybe after it airs Jared will finally confirm that he and Ashley were meant to be.

Fun fact: Jared’s parents live two streets away from me. Maybe I need to get to the bottom of this Ashley thing and ask his parents? Or not.
