Who’s excited for the upcoming season of The Bachelorette? Becca Kufrin will be handing out roses and we can’t wait ’til May!

After Bachelor Arie Luyendyk broke up with Becca Kufrin, we knew she deserved to become the next Bachelorette. Now she can use her trademark line, “ready to do the damned thing!” and find a guy who doesn’t half-heartedly propose to the Michigan beauty. And fans will watch it all play out on TV…

Best. News. Ever.

On Tuesday night, Becca came face-to-face with Arie during the After the Final Rose special. But now we’re all like, “BYE BOY” because he has Lauren and we get to watch Becca hand out roses to a slew of eligible bachelors. Filming for The Bachelorette season 14 starts this month!

Although many fans thought Tia would become the next Bachelorette, it’s clear why ABC chose to give the gig to Becca. Tia is great and would have been fun to watch, but there is no doubt we’ll see her try to find love on Bachelor in Paradise this summer along with Bekah Martinez and several other girls from Arie’s season.

Honestly, Becca should have known Arie wasn’t the one when he proposed to her, but we understand she was caught up in the moment and believed that he was “the one.”

What was with that lame proposal, anyway?

He basically said he woke up, thought about it, and decided she was cool enough to have kids with. Okay, Arie.

Let’s hope when you got engaged to Lauren last month your proposal was a little more heartfelt.

And the breakup — with cameras all over the place. Disgusting. Arie is under contract with ABC, but he could have easily broken up with Becca without cameras. He just had to speak up.

Producers probably pushed him to make “good TV” — but it was all at Becca’s expense and he had the option of saying, “no cameras.”

Let’s hope the Bachelorette producers pick a bunch of outstanding men for Becca.

We know there will be a few guys who are just looking for fame, but we have our fingers crossed that she finds her forever guy. And we totally want her to bring her dog on the show…he’s adorable!

The Bachelorette premieres May 28, 2018!

According to Reality Steve, producers have already filmed Becca’s intro piece in her hometown and filming will start this month.

The Bachelorette typically airs around the end of May. We are so ready to watch Becca find a real love story.
