Bachelor Ben Higgins says seeing Lauren with new boyfriend ‘hurts really bad’

Former Bachelor Ben Higgins is having a tough time seeing his ex, Lauren Bushnell, show off her new relationship on social media.
Three months after Bachelor star Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell ended their engagement, Ben admits watching Lauren’s new relationship unfold on social media “hurts really bad.”
Lauren isn’t holding back when it comes to posting pics with her new boyfriend, Devin Antin. While Ben wishes her well, it’s hard for him to see that she moved on so quickly. From Snapchat stories to Instagram photos, it’s the Lauren and Devin show. However, she has yet to remove numerous photos that show her with Ben when they were still engaged, so that’s interesting.
Ben is not ready to move on
While Lauren gushes over her new boyfriend, Ben is still struggling with their breakup. He has talked about his breakup with his “Almost Famous Podcast” co-host, Ashley Iaconetti, stating he is “not ready for another relationship to take place in the public eye.”
However, now that Lauren is constantly posting pics with her new guy on Snapchat and Instagram, it’s making Ben’s post-breakup recovery even harder.
Ben tells Us Weekly that he hears Lauren is “happy.” Although he wishes her well, it’s hard for him to watch her relationship unfold on social media.
“I don’t know a lot about the situation, honestly. From what I understand and from what I hear, she’s happy. As hard as that is for me to think about — because it’s still hard to think about … anytime you have to watch anything like this happen in front of you — and it’s easy to do in today’s world — it hurts really bad, and it’s not fair to any party involved.”

In true Ben Higgins style, he has only kind words to say about Lauren.
Although he’s having a tough time moving on, he doesn’t hold back when it comes to complimenting his ex.
During a recent “Almost Famous” podcast, Ben was totally positive about Lauren.
“That girl is going to crush it when it comes to this world,” Ben said during the podcast. “She’s a good friend to people. We need people like her happy and so if she’s happy right now, I will celebrate that the best I can.”
Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone had an ex like Ben Higgins?
