The Golden Bachelor spoilers: Do Gerry and Theresa end up together?

The Golden Bachelor has been one of the most wholesome series to ever come out of the Bachelor franchise with Gerry Turner and the season’s cast quickly winning over the hearts of Bachelor Nation viewers at home.

While there has been some drama still — hey, we’re Bachelor Nation, drama is like coffee to us, it’s what keeps us going! — The Golden Bachelor‘s episodes have largely focused on the connections being built between Gerry and the women of his season. Despite episodes only being an hour in length, the show has created a format that has allowed us to get to know the women of The Golden Bachelor incredibly well and favorites quickly emerged from the group.

Among the standouts this season who have gotten a lot of screentime and shared many amazing moments with Gerry has been Theresa Nist.

Theresa is a 70-year-old Financial Services Professional from New Jersey

Theresa Nist hails from Shrewsbury, New Jersey and is just a few years younger than Gerry (72). Like many women this season, Theresa is a loving mother and grandmother who is ready for love again after the loss of her husband. Much like Gerry, Theresa is set out on this journey hoping to find not only a partner to spend the next chapter of her life with but a best friend who will appreciate the little moments life brings.

Sparks began to fly between Gerry and Theresa early in the season with Thersa getting the first 1:1 date of the season. On their date, the pair enjoyed dinner at Cadillac Jacks, an old-fashioned diner, where they talked about the loss of their spouses in a truly emotional and heartwarming dinner. The date ended with a flash mob as Gerry gave her his first 1:1 rose of the season and the two joined the dance to “Don’t Stop Believin'”

In the weeks after their first 1:1, Gerry and Theresa have grown even closer sharing many sweet moments on group dates and during cocktail hours before the rose ceremonies.

Theresa is who Gerry picks on The Golden Bachelor

Given the connection between Gerry and Theresa, it came with little surprise that Theresa was one of this season’s finalists and made it all the way to the final two this season!

Leading up to the November 30 finale, there had been some rumors floating around social media that Gerry and Theresa were spotted out and about together, but no confirmed photos have been leaked to confirm the reports. While those photos might never have spread across social media, through social media we have been able to confirm that Theresa is who ends up with in the end!

While Reality Steve wasn’t able to confirm who Gerry ends up with early in the season as he typically does with seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, Reality Steve did confirm ahead of The Golden Bachelor finale that Gerry ends up with Theresa.

“It’s taken a while, but I have finally been able to find out who Gerry chose… Gerry is engaged to Theresa Nist,” Reality Steve wrote on Instagram on November 21 in sharing the biggest spoiler of the season!

We should get to see how Gerry and Theresa end up together during the finale, but it seems the pair end the show engaged and are rumored to still be together!
