Is The Golden Bachelor on tonight, Monday, September 25?

The Golden Bachelor premiere week has finally arrived–and we cannot wait! This series has been a long time coming, and I cannot believe the time has arrived.
It is Gerry Turner’s turn to shine in the spotlight, and try his hand at finding love again. We’ve all heard his romantic and beautiful love story with his late wife, with whom he had been in love since they started dating in high school.
Sadly, she passed away some years ago, and since then, Gerry has been hoping to fill the void she has left behind in his heart. No one will ever be able to take her place, but perhaps they can give Gerry something to be happy about in his later years.
We’re all very excited for the premiere of The Golden Bachelor, and we can’t wait to tell you when it premieres!
When is the premiere episode of The Golden Bachelor Season 1?
Sadly, Bachelor Mondays are a thing of the past, for now. Instead of kicking off tonight, the series will premiere on Thursday, September 28, followed by the two-hour Bachelor in Paradise Season 9 premiere episode.
This change is because the writer’s (which is now essentially over!) and actor’s strike (ongoing) have been going on for the last few months. Since nothing is being written or filmed right now, there is nothing to air on primetime television. Hence, The Golden Bachelor gets to have what used to be Grey’s Anatomy’s spot.
This is going to be temporary, of course, but for now, let us all enjoy the glory of watching Bachelor Nation shows in a primetime television spot!
