The Bachelor Season 27, Episode 3: Which contestants are still in the running?

Two episodes into The Bachelor Season 27 and Zach Shallcross has a lot of terrific women to choose from. After sending ten women home on night one, Zach sent only three women home on night two. That leaves only 17 women competing for Zach’s heart. Let’s find out who remains after another week in The Bachelor mansion.

This episode featured three dates again, two one-on-one dates, and one gigantic group date as Jesse teased at the beginning of the episode. Kaity went on the first one-on-one date of this episode which was set to take place in the Natural History Museum at night. She received a rose on this date and some overnight alone time with Zach.

Next up was The Bachelor Bowl group date with the women hitting the gridiron. Everything was not all fun and games during the afterparty where Bailey went home. On the other hand, Charity received the group date rose. Lastly, Aly’s one-on-one date had her falling out of a plan for love earning herself a rose. During the pool party, Brianna went home but not before spilling the tea about Christina.

Who did Zach choose to keep on The Bachelor Season 27, Episode 3?

Prior to the Rose Ceremony, Kaity and Aly received roses on their one-on-one dates while Charity received the group date rose from The Bachelor Bowl. There was also an elimination during the group date and pool party with Zach sending Bailey home and Brianna leaving voluntarily. This left 12 women to Zach to give roses to during the ceremony.

Zach gave out 11 roses during the ceremony eliminating only one woman. The first rose went to Jess followed by Gabi and Ariel who all shared special moments with Zach during the pool party. Genevie, sporting an arm sling from her group date, heard her name called next followed by Greer, Katherine, and Kylee. All the K names are staying.

Davia received the next rose. With three roses left Anastasia, who faked an injury during The Bachelor Bowl for more time with Zach, and Brooklyn, who tried to confront Christina about her words and actions, received two of them. This left one rose to be given out to either Mercedes or Christina. After Brooklyn’s name was called out Christina knew her chances weren’t great and then hearing Mercedes’s name sealed the deal.

Who did Zach send home on The Bachelor Season 27, Episode 3?

The lone woman sent home during this episode was Christina. During the group date after the party, she made some rude comments towards Charity after she received the group date rose instead of Christina. She noted that was shocked Charity received it and that she wasn’t going to be fake and tell Charity she was happy for her. The straw that broke the camel’s back was Brianna revealing to Zach yet again that Christina was intimidating other girls and preventing some from being their true selves.

Brianna promptly left the show which led Zach to talk to Charity and Brooklyn who were both involved in the drama with Christina. They both pled their case and Zach reiterated that he did not want any drama on this season because they had so little time to build connections and he didn’t want it wasted. Christina knew why she had to go home and said as much to Zach. She was polite in the end as Zach walked her out. Inevitably the drama will return, but for now, the mansion has a better vibe.
