The Bachelorette season 18 is quickly nearing its conclusion and we’re now only a week away from Michelle Young making her final decision and possibly walking away with an engagement.
Among those who has been turning heads this season is fellow Minneapolis native Joe Coleman, a former basketball player turned real estate developer who happens to share a somewhat shady history with Michelle.
As we learned in the season premiere, Michelle took her shot and slid into Joe’s DMs not too long ago and chatted back and forth about their shared love of basketball… but then Joe ghosted her! One would think this would have led to his immediate departure at the first rose ceremony; however, Michelle gave him a second chance and he’s been a frontrunner from Day 1.
Between their shared love of basketball and the fact that they’re from the same city and Joe’s ability to steal Michelle’s attention away from his competitors in group settings, many fans have been wondering if the pair might end up together when the season is said in done.
Does he win Michelle’s final rose and pop the question in the end? We’ve got all the Bachelorette spoilers you need below.
Spoilers ahead for The Bachelorette season 18.
Does Joe win The Bachelorette with Michelle?
If you’re a fan of Joe and have been rooting for him all season long, we have some bad news for you. According to TV guru Reality Steve, Michelle does not pick Joe in the end and the pair do not get engaged.
After making it to the overnights, Joe was eliminated at the penultimate final rose ceremony with Michelle opting to take Nayte Olukoya and Brandon Jones to the final rose ceremony of the season. If the spoilers that have found their way online turn out to be true, it appears Michelle ends up with Nayte in the and not Joe Coleman or Brandon Jones.
Now that Joe has been eliminated, we’ll have to wait to see if he might be tapped as a future Bachelor or perhaps as part of the Bachelor in Paradise season 8 cast.
