The Bachelorette season 18 has officially begun, and fans of the franchise are so happy to see Michelle Young as the leading lady. Viewers will remember her from Matt James’ season of The Bachelor earlier this year, where she won the hearts of fans across the country.

The 28-year-old teacher seems like such a genuine and kind person, which we absolutely love to see on this show. We know her journey to finding true love will be a good one, and already, she’s got her eyes set on one man in particular.

The Bachelorette contestant Nayte Olukoya was the recipient of Michelle’s first impression rose, and he certainly made an impression on viewers at home. Nayte is handsome, he seems honest, and did we mention he’s 6’8?! It’s not hard to see why Michelle might fall for this guy.

Does Nayte win The Bachelorette with Michelle?

If you’re a fan of Nayte already, we have good news for you! According to TV guru Reality Steve, Michelle does pick Nayte in the end, and they get engaged!

In a post shared on Oct. 5, 2021, Steve confirmed the winner of The Bachelorette season 18 and reported that the pair are engaged today. He doesn’t have too much more information about the proposal, though he’s shared photos of Michelle and Nayte on one-on-one dates here.
