War of Roses: The Bachelor Season 25, Episode 5
The Bachelor Season 25, Episode 5: One-on-one date: Kit Keenan
I was pretty surprised when Kit Keenan’s name was called for this one-on-one date, as she has been one of Victoria Larson’s sidekicks the whole season. But nonetheless, Matt decided to give her a chance outside of the group of women.
The two spent the evening cooking together, which was touching to Kit as she previously mentioned to Matt cooking was something special to her. The date was very cute, showing the two working together and having a lighthearted fun time. Matt expressed it felt easy with Kit and how that is important to him in a relationship.
The night portion was spent on Matt’s couch, something that seems very relaxed for The Bachelor Season 25, but I liked the vibe. It actually felt like something you would do outside of a TV show, so it was realistic for once. After spending more and more time with each other, Kit shared she was falling in love with Matt. This prompted him to grab the date rose and ask if she would accept it. She obviously said yes, and the two enjoyed the rest of the night.
Does Kit deserve this rose? It’s a hard one for me. I like Kit, sans the drama and bullying. If she never got caught up in the Queen Victoria mess, I think my opinion on her would be different. But she basically walked hand in hand with the bully of the season and it hasn’t truly been brought to Matt’s attention. Do they have a connection, yeah they do, but she still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
That’s it for week five of The Bachelor Season 25. All of the date roses have been given out and Matt made his choices. Now we have to wait until next week to see what other women get their chance at a date rose.
Until then, sound off below. Do you think Matt made the right choices in who he gave his roses to? Or do you think someone else deserved it more?
