This week, Matt James continued on his journey to find love as the Bachelor. Five new women arrived, which created a lot of tension in the house. After this week’s cocktail party, Matt only ended up sending a total of three of the women home, leaving him with twenty women to choose from. One newcomer came in swinging and several others continued to stand out, but who has the best chance at winning Matt’s heart?

said hello to five new women this week:

Brittany

(a model from Chicago), Catalina (former Miss Puerto Rico), Kim (an ICU nurse from LA), Michelle (a teacher from Minnesota), and Ryan (a dancer/choreographer from Brooklyn). The beauty of the whole thing is that Matt was introduced to the new women after Chris Harrison interrupted his conversation with

V*ctoria

. It was a very satisfying moment for me because she has been flat out vile these past two weeks and she keeps ratcheting it up every time she’s on-screen, but more on that later.

After having what seemed like a pretty brief cocktail party, Matt chose to send three women home:

Kaili

Khaylah

, and Kim. We didn’t know much about Kaili and we knew nothing about Kim, but I was s-h-o-c-k-e-d when he sent Khaylah packing. I truly thought she was making it deep (ranked #6 last week) and she deserves better. Justice for Khaylah, I hope you’re a
