During last night’s episode of The Bachelorette, Joe Park not receiving a rose was definitely a sad moment. If you tuned into every episode this season, however, it also wasn’t that much of a surprise.

Even though Joe was not the one for Tayshia Adams in the end, fans on social media continue reeling over his departure, wondering when and if we will get to see Doctor Joe again, perhaps even on another Bachelor show.

And right now, everyone really wants to know how Joe feels about being eliminated. Luckily for us, during the new episode of Nick Viall‘s podcast Viall Files, Joe came on as a guest and opened up on all things The Bachelorette. For starters, he said that he didn’t expect to last that long on the show. And he seems okay with his time on TV.

You can watch the full podcast episode below.

Forever a class act, Joe also said that Tayshia has a “radiance and presence about her” that is both undeniable and

“so attractive.”

Had they met in real life, Joe confessed he’d still be attracted to Tayshia for her undeniable aura, gorgeousness, and down-to-earth nature. How sweet.

As for Clare Crawley falling for Dale Moss instantly? Joe joked that even he “fell in love with Dale” the first time he saw him, and so, he couldn’t blame Clare for being smitten with the adorable suitor right away.

According to Joe, 99 out of 100 people who would’ve had to choose between him and Dale would’ve chosen Dale. And while not even Nick Viall agreed with that theory, Joe’s humility definitely makes him that much more of a catch.

In the candid discussion, Doctor Joe also said it was obvious “from the jump” that Dale was Clare’s number one guy. In turn, he explained that he respected what Clare did because she stayed true to her heart, instead of “continuing the ruse” that anybody else there had a real shot.

Agreed, Joe Park!
