John Paul Jones cheers on ex Tayshia Adams as he watches The Bachelorette

No hard feelings between these two! It’s always so nice to see Bachelor Nation exes supporting one another, isn’t it? This is why John Paul Jones cheering on his ex-girlfriend Tayshia Adams as he watched her become the Bachelorette was just what the love doctor ordered. Or maybe that’s just me.
On Reddit, fans reposted JPJ’s Instagram Story of himself watching his ex in action as the new Bachelorette. The adorable display is totally worth seeing. In the photo, we can see Tayshia on the television screen, sitting on the Bachelorette couch for a conversation with contestant Jordan C.
John Paul Jones watched from the comfort of presumably his couch at home. He captioned the photo, “let’s go,” with two exclamation points. Now, that’s supportive.

As many fans noted, this wasn’t the only effort made by John to show his former girlfriend support from afar. The reality star took to his Instagram Story once again to share a little more encouragement, as well as advice for the season 16 suitors hoping to win her heart. One person on Reddit replied, “His second story was also great (encouraging the guys to embrace the speedo).” Classic JPJ.
Someone else wrote, “Very mature of him! Love to see it,” and we completely agree with that. All of the fans in the Reddit thread seemed fully on board with the encouraging display.
Still, as expected, many fans reminisced about what might’ve been between these two, and while both seem to be moving on just fine, not everyone is over their breakup.
One fan commented, “This man is incredible. I actually re watched their breakup today and I cried lmao.” And they weren’t alone in that.
As noted in PopSugar, it was the geographical distance that ultimately led to the demise of the whirlwind romance. A long distance relationship didn’t work for JPJ and Tayshia, and the cute couple wound up calling it quits twice. The final ending, for better or worse, stuck. And they went their separate ways for good.
Still, there’s certainly no harm in supporting each other long distance, right? Especially since Tayshia Adams is finally getting the Bachelorette moment she’s long deserved, and everyone is completely here for it. In the words of John Paul Jones, “let’s go!!”
