The Bachelorette season 16 has now started, and as leading lady Clare Crawley is getting to know her hopeful contestants, so are fans at home. The premiere episode introduced us to 31 new men, and it’s safe to assume we’ve creeped on all of them on social media. Frontrunners this season so far are definitely Dale Moss and Blake Moynes, and if you haven’t already, you should check them out on Instagram.

As for Dale, he’s already answering fans’ burning questions on his Instagram Story. One Redditor shared a video of a recent Q&A he did, where he told his followers, “You ask, I answer.”

User dwtslove reposted a screen-grab, showing Dale answer the question, “What’s wrong with your ears[?]” First of all, rude! Second of all, we did notice his ears are a little bit on the small side. Absolutely nothing wrong with that, though!

Dale cutely responded with, “Everyone wanna poke fun of my Elven ears! Yo, since I was a kid, I’ve always gotten… People say something about it. It’s, again, one of the best gifts my mom and dad could’ve given me. I love them, so, whatever. That’s what’s with them.”

Clare’s contestant certainly seems super confident and genuine. We can’t blame her for falling for him! Over on Reddit, fans tend to agree, with one person commenting, “He’s fine as hell. I was not looking at his ears until people said something. What’s he supposed to do? Get an ear transplant?? Lol.” Another added, “People are terrible. He didn’t make himself so why would you ask that? Weirdos.”

Thankfully, it doesn’t seem Dale took the question to heart. If having small ears is his biggest problem, I’d say he’s doing pretty well. And if reports are true, it looks like he’s walking away from this season of The Bachelorette with Clare in hand, so he’s probably feeling good about his life right now despite any internet hate.

Follow Dale on Instagram here and maybe you can ask your own questions during his next Q&A! And don’t forget to keep watching season 16 of The Bachelorette, airing every Tuesday night at 8:00 p.m. EST on ABC.
