The Bachelorette Sesaon 16: Hometown Heroes

These guys are definitely making it to hometowns. I’m not sure how hometowns are going to work during The Bachelorette Season 16. Maybe a PowerPoint about the town with family calling in via Zoom? Regardless, these guys are the odds-on favorites to take home the final rose.

4. Jason (9-1)

I would be shocked if Jason doesn’t make it to hometowns. He seems like a fun loving guy with a joy for life and the outdoors. Clare seemed very into him and was all laughs in the time that we saw on air.

3. Ben (6-1)

I don’t want to jinx it, so I’m going to keep this short and sweet. Ben seems like a salt of the earth kind of guy. He seems like he’s as pure as can be and I can’t wait to learn more about him as the season goes on.

2. Blake Moynes (4-1)

Let’s cut straight to the chase. Blake Moynes DM’ed Clare during quarantine to check up on her. She absolutely loved it and told him how much it meant to her. He broke the rules. As many people know, I’m a big rules guy, so I’m not a fan of this move. Clare said something that was pretty peculiar to me – that Blake Moynes was the only one who broke the rules to DM her during the delay of filming. I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that there’s quite literally no chance that there is any truth in that statement, which brings me to…

1. Dale (-500)

If Dale doesn’t win this thing, something will have to go extremely wrong for him. I’ve never seen a human being react to meeting another human being the way Clare reacted when she met Dale. It was jarring to watch. I’m honestly shocked that ABC showed it all. Clare literally needed to take a break to talk to Chris Harrison to cool off before meeting the rest of the men. They continued to hit it off the rest of the evening and he went on to receive the first impression rose, which came as a surprise to no one. If Dale doesn’t win this thing, it would be like the New England Patriots losing to your local high school football team.

Trigger Warning: Eazy emerged as an early a fan favorite, but starting midway through the premiere, allegations that he sexually assaulted a woman emerged on Twitter and Reddit . Allegedly there have been attempts made to contact Bachelorette production and legal action has been taken. While we’re still learning the details and cannot confirm the veracity of these allegations, we believe it’s important to err on the side of believing women and have therefore chosen to leave Eazy off our power rankings indefinitely.
