So, like are Dean Unglert and Caelynn Miller-Keyes married or what?

Dean Unglert and Caelynn Miller-Keyes took the world by surprise after frolicking off into the sunset together on last year’s Bachelor in Paradise. It’s been a year since they made things official, and they’re going stronger than ever.

Honestly, I don’t think any of us saw this couple coming nor thriving as they have been. But crazier things have happened, and we couldn’t be happier for the both of them. Honestly, I think as unstable as their beginnings were, the both of them make sense together.

I think Dean Unglert brings out a side of Caelynn even she didn’t know existed, and through her Dean finds a calm and balance in life. It’s quite adorable, and I realized after their surprise visit on this week’s episode of The Bachelor: Greatest Seasons Ever, they’re totally endgame.

What was their “surprise” announcement though?

Well, I’ve noticed that Chris Harrison and any promo for The Bachelor: Greatest Seasons Ever likes to hype up each week’s episode with a “shocking announcement”. It’s never really anything crazy, well besides Kaitlyn Bristowe’s Dancing with the Stars invite, but this week, it was Dean and Caelynn’s turn.

The days leading up to the episode and during it, Chris Harrison teased us with a video of Dean Unglert showing off a ring on his finger. So, are they married or what?

Well, not exactly. After a year into their relationship, both Dean and Caelynn have come a long way. They’ve gone on some crazy adventures, traveled the world, and through it all, found love they never thought they would.

But don’t be fooled by the rings on their fingers. That’s more of a “I’m committed to you and only you” type of ring. They’re not quite ready to get “the government involved” just yet. But hey, Chris Harrison will be their first call when that that happens.

I can’t say I’m shocked that they’re not officially married, as Dean Unglert has never been the type to do things the traditional way. That van living, carefree life is what he is all about, and now Caelynn has graciously and wonderfully embraced that lifestyle with him.

In fact, Dean points out during the interview that sometimes it is Caelynn that wants to get away for a little bit in the van. Who would have thought that when we first met her during Colton Underwood’s season on The Bachelor?!

Love comes into our lives in the most unexpected of ways, doesn’t it?
