Listen to your Heart season 1, episode 6: Fantasy suite finale

Tonight’s finale episode of Listen to your Heart began with heartbreak. The three couples arrived in Nashville, but Rudi and Matt seemed disconnected. After thinking for a while, Matt didn’t believe they were connected as much as the other two couples. Both Rudi and Matt left after saying goodbye to their friends.
The remaining couples had a more positive beginning to the week. Trevor and Jamie eagerly accepted their fantasy suite card, but Bri and Chris had a slightly different path. They wanted to avoid the physical connection for now, and they went to their separate rooms instead of the fantasy suite.
During rehearsal, Bri and Chris sounded offbeat while Jamie and Trevor appeared smitten. The judges this week were Bachelor alums Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick, Taye Diggs, Jewel, and Rita Wilson. Jamie and Trevor were the first performers and the judges pointed out how they leaned on each other during their songs.
Bri and Chris gave a fantastic performance too. There was some critique, but the overall impression was that everyone loved hearing them sing together. Chris Harrison alarmed everyone when he said the judges were picking a winner in front of the live audience. The judges had time to deliberate, and then both couples went back on stage. Chris announced the winning couple–Chris and Bri!
Chris and Bri were ecstatic, to say the least. Everyone cheered for their win, and they left the stage extremely happy. They jumped on a tour bus where the final roses were waiting for them. The couple accepted each other’s roses for the last time and sang songs as their tour bus drove away. The ending revealed Chris and Bri are still together and awaiting their debut album!
