Tanner Tolbert of Bachelor in Paradise has a little bit to say about his sex life post-baby number two.

Bachelor in Paradise alum Tanner Tolbert isn’t too enthusiastic about his sex life based on what he had to say during an episode of Nick Viall’s podcast, The Viall Files. Yikes, talk about awkward. It’s been about a month since his wife, Jade Roper, gave birth to their second child, a baby boy.

And not soon after, Tolbert is getting candid about what goes (or doesn’t go on) in their bedroom. While on the podcast, Tolbert confessed that he wants to have more sex, while Roper isn’t as into it. I don’t know about anyone else, but I want to know what Roper had to say to Tolbert after all of this. Trouble in paradise? Ha, possibly.

It turns out that after Roper had their first baby and finished the process of breastfeeding, she got pregnant with baby number two. Tolbert stated that all the hormonal fluctuations from breastfeeding made Roper uninterested in having sex as much as he did.

Again, feels like a totally awkward conversation to have on-air with someone. Its as if he’s complaining it but cushioning those complaints with “understanding” statements, such as these ones.

"Went through the whole pregnancy and now, he’s here and we have two kids. It is tough. I feel like I beg for it. And I don’t want to feel selfish. I hate asking, I hate trying cause like I don’t want it to be like, pity sex, and I don’t want to annoy Jade and I realize that her priorities should be on the kids and not me. But I do feel like I’ve been put on the back burner."

Setting aside the fact that he may be coming off as a whiny husband, Tanner Tolbert did go on to say that despite all the sex struggles, being a dad is “the best thing that’s ever happened to me.” That’s a relief, isn’t it?

But on a serious note, Tolbert may sound like he’s complaining but I think married couples can relate to the lifestyle changes that come with having children. At the end of the day, if a couple is strong enough, they push through the hard times, at least that’s how Tanner Tolbert feels.

"We are each other’s best friends and we balance each other out. We’re just both committed to each other. At the end of the day, I think being committed to someone and fighting through lows will make it work."

Touche.
