Will you still be able to catch The Bachelor on ABC next year? Read on to discover if the series has been renewed for another season.

It’s that time of year again! We wait with baited breath to find out whether networks have decided to scrap or save some of our favorite series. As fans of The Bachelor, we’ve been dying to know whether or not the show will live to see another season. Because, come on, we need some redemption after Colton Underwood’s shocking proposal-less finale!

The news is in: ABC has officially confirmed that The Bachelor is coming back for season 24. We can all breathe now!

While the series has been on for what feels like forever, its future is never a sure thing. Ratings go up and ratings go down. Lucky for us—despite the controversial lead that he was—Colton’s season brought great numbers for the network. 8 million viewers popped in for the season finale, making it a stronger success than Arie Luyendyk’s season a year prior.

Now that we know The Bachelor has officially been renewed for next year, we can start speculating on who might be our newest season lead. There are certainly a few fan favorites floating around out there, perhaps the most notable of which is Blake Horstmann from Becca Kufrin’s season of The Bachelorette.

More likely, though, we’ll see one of Hannah Brown’s competitors swooping in to snag the title. Her seasons starts airing on ABC this Monday, so it won’t be long until we’ll be able to get a pretty good idea of who the strong competitors are and who will leave a lasting impression.

In fact, night one is always a good way to sort through the crazy contestants and the sane ones. It really won’t take more than a few minutes to get a good impression of the guys, maybe sooner if Katie Morton and Demi Burnett’s promised commentary reflects the voice of the fans.
