The Bachelorette is getting a bit of a shake-up this year: you can catch some fan favorite alums making a “hidden spy” appearance during the premiere!

With Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette inching ever closer, we’re starting to get really excited. This season promises to be like no other. . . in more ways than one! ABC has recently revealed in a press release that Hannah’s premiere episode will be getting a little refresher in the form of some unexpected guest experiences.

It’s been confirmed that former contestants (and Hannah’s costars) Demi Burnett and Katie Morton will be on the first episode of the season. Get this: they’ll be hiding out in a van and watching all of Hannah’s men via cameras placed inside the mansion.

They’ll be giving their opinions on the Bachelorette guys and rumor has it that they won’t be holding back. We wouldn’t expect anything less from them, honestly: Demi was known for speaking her truth no matter the cost and Katie made a name for herself after she infamously named names to Colton Underwood.

This sounds like an excellent dramatic addition to Hannah Brown’s season. In the past, former Bachelorettes have visited the new season lead to give advice before the men start arriving, but this kind of hidden surveillance take should provide more accurate feedback on the guys in real time.

This isn’t even to mention the fact that their banter should be totally gif-able. I’m sure that Demi and Katie both will be saying a lot of the same things that we viewers say at home. Doesn’t it just drive you crazy when a new Bachelorette can’t seem to recognize that one guy is crazy or another is a loser?? Problem solved!

Next. Alums from The Bachelor are getting a new show! All you NEED to know. dark

It will also be interesting to see how the Bachelorette Hannah handles their advice. Will she listen to them? Will she choose to follow her gut if it leads her in another direction? The possibilities are endless.

What do you think, Bachelor Nation? Is this a great new addition to The Bachelorette or one you could pass on?
