Whitney Bischoff announces the birth of her son in the sweetest way

We’ve been saying it basically all year but we’ll say it again: there seriously must be something in the water because alums of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette are having babies left and right! Whitney Bischoff, winner of The Bachelor season 19, has just announced that she has given birth to a healthy and happy baby boy.
The announcement came via Instagram and was accompanied by a precious video showcasing some of the baby’s first moments. His name is Hayes Singleton Angel. In a touching tribute, Whitney writes that she felt her son was “heaven sent” as he arrived on the anniversary of her mother’s passing.
Try not to cry. I friggin’ dare ya. Serious daddy bonus points go out to Whitney’s husband for that tender version of the Happy Birthday song.
Hayes’ birth comes not too long after Whitney and her spouse, Ricky Angel, announced their pregnancy. They kept Bachelor Nation in the dark for the majority of the experience, finally revealing that Whitney was expecting Hayes only back in February. She was already a whopping 7 months along!
Baby Angel joins the likes of new Bachelor babies Ruthie Ray (daughter to alum Bekah Martinez), who was born in February, and upcoming arrivals Baby Tolbert (of Tanner and Jade Tolbert) and Baby Luyendyk (of Arie and Lauren Luyendyk). Seriously, who is going to announce that they’re pregnant next??
