We could always use another Bachelor baby in our lives! Whitney Bischoff has recently announced that she and husband, Ricky, are expecting.

Whitney Bischoff may have split long ago from her The Bachelor fiance Chris Soules, but she is definitely not forgotten. Since her time on the series, she has since gotten married. . . and now she and her husband Ricky Angel are expecting their first child together!

What’s even more crazy is that this isn’t just the beginning of her pregnancy. Whitney is actually already seven months along. In case you were wondering, that does mean that, yes, Whitney and Ricky know their baby’s gender. They’ll be welcoming a handsome baby boy sometime in May. So soon!

The announcement came via Instagram. Just look at her precious baby bump!

In case you’ve been keeping track, Whitney Bischoff and her husband are part of a much larger baby boom going on in The Bachelor universe right now. Alum Bekah Martinez recently welcomed her baby Ruthie Ray into the world, Lauren and Arie Luyendyk are expecting their own little girl very soon and Jade and Tanner Tolbert recently announced that they will be welcoming baby #2 this August. Seriously, what is going on right now?

If anyone is ready for pregnancy, it’s definitely Whitney Bischoff. The Bachelor fans may recall that she once worked as a fertility nurse at the Ova Egg Freezing Specialty Clinic in Chicago. She’s done a lot of good for woman who have struggled to conceive, speaking publicly about her firm beliefs in the benefits of egg freezing.

Will Whitney use this pregnancy as an opportunity to continue to comment on women’s health? It would definitely be a great platform to do so. There’s been so much body-positivity surrounding childbirth lately and it would be wonderful to see one of our fave Bachelor alums contributing to the conversation.
