Alums from The Bachelor are getting a new show! All you NEED to know
Need more of The Bachelor in your life? DUH! Check out the new series Rose Buds when it premieres on YouTube in a few weeks.
Are you ready for more Bachelor-related content? Never fear, Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon have got you covered. They, along with a slew of other alums, are starring in a new online series about what life is like after The Bachelor!
You may have caught the first exciting promo on Ashley’s Twitter or Instagram recently:
The show, a docuseries, will be cleverly called Rose Buds. It will not only follow the lives of Ashley and Jared, but also those of Nick Viall, Dean Unglert, Jade and Tanner Tolbert, and Ashely’s sister Lauren. It will show in six parts and—the best news of all!—the first two episodes are set to premiere just before The Bachelorette on Wednesday, May 8 at 6 p.m. ET. You can catch Rose Buds on Kinetic Content’s TV YouTube page.
This is all shaping up to be some great entertainment and, honestly, it’s hard to believe that ABC didn’t do this on their major network first. Part of the joy of watching The Bachelor or Bachelorette is seeing which contestants become friends or enemies and it seems like Rose Buds is going to be showing us exactly how these relationships translate to the world outside of the franchise.
The cast also seems like a pretty great pick. There’s a wide variety of characters in play, representing many different stages of life. Jade and Tanner are married, Ashley and Jared are engaged and everyone else is navigating single life (just check out Nick Viall’s latest adventure. . .).
They also all seem to represent different relationships with The Bachelor now that their stint on the show is done. Ashley and Jared, for instance, frequently make appearances on their old series, while Dean Unglert has famously called out the system and insisted that he’s done with dating within the franchise.
Overall, this news about Rose Buds has us really excited. It’s always great to have another Bachelor-related show to get us through the long, cold weeks without our favorite series! What do you think, Bachelor Nation? Will you be watching?
