Rachel Lindsay should know a fair bit about what it takes to be the Bachelorette. According to her, none of Colton’s girls should have the honor.

This season of The Bachelor, there have been so many fights that everyone has been forced to pick sides. Alums like Jordan Kimball, Kristina Schulman and Ali Fedotowsky have all weighed in, celebrities like Daniel Radcliffe have swung through with some thoughts and now recent Bachelorette and fan favorite contestant Rachel Lindsay is giving her opinion.

And her take? It’s the hottest of them all.

When asked by Us Weekly who should be the next Bachelorette, Rachel didn’t bother with a #TeamCassie or #TeamTayshia vote. She jumped right in to the heart of the drama, saying, “I don’t think it should be anybody from this season.”

Her reasoning? There’s too much cattiness this season! The brilliant young attorney pointed out that with all this drama, it’s nearly impossible to know who to believe.

Instead of stealing one of Colton’s Final Four, Rachel suggested that The Bachelorette look to prior seasons for their next lead. Specifically, she likes Danielle Maltby and Kristina Schulman, both prior contestants who have gathered a massive campaign following online.

Of all the former competitors and contestants who have weighed in, I personally like Rachel’s take on this season the best. She’s totally right to point out that too much drama in a Final Four would likely lead to the wrong woman getting picked as Bachelorette. Can you remember a time that the series was still facing this many feuds heading in to Fantasy Suite week?? Colton’s ladies have been nothing but drama!

While Hometowns provided a small break from all the bickering, fans everywhere were quick to point out that now-nixed contestant Caelynn Miller-Keyes seemed sketchy when she told her friend Cassie Randolph to “go get engaged.” It was as though we were given a reprieve from all the active fighting, but then dropped a subtle reminder that there are distinct alliances and feuds still present in the Bachelor mansion.

What do you think? Is Rachel right to suggest that a past season contestant take the lead over one of Colton’s women? Or are are you still firmly pulling for one of the last three ladies remaining?
