The Bachelor episode 2 preview: Demi stirs the pot

The Bachelor episode 2 is on the horizon and drama is already brewing. After Demi does something crazy, will she be a new villain?

It’s Bachelor day once more and we are so ready to see how Colton’s ladies will be shaping up in episode 2! With this new episode, we leave the awkwardness of the premiere behind us and actually start to get to know some of these women as more than just a pretty cocktail gown. With the idea of more deep-diving in mind this week, let’s take a look at a clip from this new episode:

There is a lot going on here. I mean, drama? Already? We’re totally here for that. Let’s dive right into the breakdown!

Demi oversteps

There ain’t no quicker way to get a little attention on The Bachelor than by acting selfishly. While every contestant is there fundamentally for Colton, there’s a certain expectation that the ladies will play nicely with one another and even make friends. So when young Demi pulls that date rose without Colton ever giving it to her, it makes total sense that there would be a lot of backlash.

Is Demi another villain this season? Contestant Catherine is the one that got the bad rep in episode 1 for stealing Colton a whopping 4 times, but it seems like Demi is making a play for the role.

Drama brews

Of course, Demi’s actions mean that the other ladies are freaking out. This causes immediate upheaval during an early group date. While drama usually finds its way into these outings, the early group dates are usually a little safer because the women don’t know one another so well yet. This will definitely shake up the status quo.

Tracy sulks

Do we have the first stirrings of a potential two-on-one date? Bachelor Nation loves a good rivalry and Tracy is quick to be the most vocal responder when it comes to Demi’s selfishness. Who knows if this drama between them will continue to escalate over the course of the season but it is important to note that it looks like these two will already be having a showdown on the very first group date.
