When Becca sent contestant Joe Amabile home on the Bachelorette premiere, fans of the Chicago grocery store owner went bonkers on Twitter.

When Joe stepped out of the limo on Monday night, I knew right away he was there for the right reasons. He didn’t ride up on an ox, he didn’t have a chicken costume on, and he wasn’t talking about his suit. Instead, he was visibly nervous and talked about watermelons and the grocery store he owns.

Heck yeah. A guy who makes a living surrounded by food. What’s not to love about Grocery Store Joe? Apparently, having unlimited access to watermelon wasn’t Becca’s thing, so she sent him home. Don’t despair. Joe may be back on TV looking for love — soon.

Clearly, Joe isn’t a social media guy. He recently opened an Instagram account, but that’s all we could find. We hope he hops on Twitter soon so he can feel the love!

Joe. Is. A. Hottie.

Joe, now formally known as Grocery Store Joe, once worked as a trader on the Chicago stock exchange. He then used his smarts to open a grocery store.

Can you imagine being married to this guy?

Killer smile, great personality, and 100% discount on food. Dreamboat.

Grocery Store Joe — Paradise bound?

Although we know ABC won’t be smart enough to pick Joe to be the next Bachelor, Chris Harrison hinted that we may see him on Bachelor in Paradise this summer!

Filming for Paradise begins in a few weeks, so it won’t be long before the cast list leaks out. We already know this guy will be there to rekindle his relationship (spoiler alert!) with one of Arie’s girls.

Although he only appeared on one episode of The Bachelorette, there’s no doubt producers will woo Joe away from his grocery store for a few weeks so he can get another chance to find his soul mate.

Let’s just hope she appreciates the perks of being in a relationship with a guy who owns a store full of food.
