Chris Harrison reveals Bachelor Arie’s top five girls to watch
By Ruby Maxwell
Chris Harrison shares his thoughts about five women fans should keep an eye on during Arie Luyendyk’s season of The Bachelor.
Arie Luyendyk will greet 29 women at the Bachelor mansion on the January 1 season premiere and Chris Harrison has a little something to say about a few girls that fans will be talking about this season.
Expect a few of these girls to stir up some major drama this season. And if they don’t win Arie’s final rose, it’s a no-brainer that we’ll see some of them on Bachelor in Paradise this summer.
Chelsea Roy
Chelsea 29, is one of the five girls on Chris Harrison’s five girls to watch list. The Bachelor host says she makes a big impression on Arie (first impression rose, perhaps??) but has a “little bit of a secret.” We’re not sure what Chris is talking about, but if her “secret” is the fact that she’s a single mom of a 3-year-old boy, we’re a little puzzled why that’s a big deal.
During Emily’s season of the Bachelorette, Arie admitted he lived with a girl who had children, and he was ready to propose to Emily, who was a single mom at the time. Honestly, being a single mom is a lame secret — let’s hope she doesn’t hide that from Arie because it shouldn’t be a big deal.
Sienne Fleming
Chris Harrison says contestant Sienne, 27, “is flat out impressive.”
"“She’s incredibly intelligent and she definitely has this zest for life that Arie is in awe of. He’s a little bit mesmerized by her.”"
I’m going to go out on a limb and say that Arie is also intimidated by her.
Kendall Long
Chris calls contestant Kendall Long, 26, “quirky and cute” and “highly intellectual.” If you watched The Bachelor: Countdown to Arie special a few weeks ago, you may remember Kendall talking about her love for taxidermy.
Is it weird to have a thing for stuffed dead animals? Spoilers point to Kendall sticking around for awhile, so apparently, it’s not a deal breaker for Arie.
Bibiana Julian
Chris says Bibiana, 30, “has no fears about standing up for herself or to anybody.”
"“She spices things up with Arie and the women. She has a big personality and has her own pithy observations and judgments and she’s not afraid to make those known.”"
It sure sounds like Bibiana is going to be this season’s villain. Just a wild guess.
Bekah Martinez
Chris calls Bekah a “starlet” but we’re going to call her “too young for Arie.”
The Bachelor star is apparently “captivated” by the 22-year-old nanny, but she doesn’t reveal her age right away. I mean, Arie looks like he could be her dad.
Okay, maybe he looks like her older brother. Who knows. But there’s no way Bekah makes it to the final four.
However, we don’t expect her to leave the show for awhile. After all, every season of The Bachelor needs drama and we think Bekah is going to bring on the tears this season.
Next: Meet four of Bachelor Arie’s girls — they’re all named Lauren!
