It’s official! Peter Kraus is joining Bachelor Winter Games cast

We called it three weeks ago but Mike Fleiss just made it official! Peter Kraus will be looking for love on The Bachelor Winter Games.

We can all use a bit of good news after the Las Vegas tragedy. While it seems trivial to talk about the Bachelor stars at a time like this, sometimes a little diversion is a good thing.

Three weeks ago, we announced that Peter would be joining the Bachelor Winter Games cast in February. We based that on some hints the show’s creator, Mike Fleiss, dropped on Twitter. Flash forward three weeks and Mike confirmed our premature announcement. We didn’t even have a crystal ball — it was that obvious!

So, it’s official. Peter will be joining other singles (and maybe a few couples) in Vermont for the Winter Games spinoff in February. It will be a competition-type reality series with a side of love. Sounds a lot like Bachelor Pad, doesn’t it? Well, there’s more…

Peter will be joined by some familiar — and unfamiliar faces

The Winter Games cast will include some contestants from previous seasons of the Bachelor and Bachelorette. But unlike the Bachelor in Paradise spinoff, there will also be guys and girls who have appeared on the Bachelor Japan, Australia, Canada, and U.K.

Exciting, right? It’s getting a little tiring seeing the same faces over and over again, so we’re thrilled that we will see some news faces on the show.  And, per Mike Fleiss, they will be sexy. We’ll determine if he’s right or wrong when the show premieres in February.

For now, we’ll be dreaming about Peter in tight ski pants doing a snowball throwing challenge.

And just for the record, I don’t live far from where the show will be filmed. Road trip, anyone?
