The Bachelor Winter Games will air in February and we’re putting together our dream team for the new spinoff.
We can’t wait for the Winter Games to start and we’re not talking about the 2018 Winter Olympics. While we are always amazed when we see a skater to a triple lutz and cheer like crazy when Team USA gets a gold medal, it’s the new Bachelor spinoff that we’re really excited about.
The Bachelor Winter Games will be filmed in Vermont and will be more of a competition-type reality series with an element of love added in. There are already some major hints about the cast including some new faces and the possibility of couples joining the singles on the show. While we wait for the cast list to be confirmed by ABC, here are our top five picks for guys we’d love to see on the Winter Games. And don’t worry, we’ll follow this up with our picks for single ladies and couples.
We’re focusing on guys who are Bachelor alum here because we know producers will never get Ryan Gossling, Channing Tatum, Chris Hemsworth, or Zac Efron to join the cast of a cheesy reality TV show.
Kenny “King” Layne
Oh, yeah. This guy needs to make a comeback on TV. The single dad from Rachel’s season would be a number one Winter Games competitor. And we want him to find a great girl, too. Let’s hope producers don’t cast girls who are actually looking for love, not more Instagram followers and a contract with FabFitFun or Smile Direct.
Ben Zorn (and his dog)
Ben didn’t get a fair shake on Bachelor in Paradise. We know he would kick butt on a competition-type show, so let’s hope producers give him a shot. He’s easy on the eyes, too.
Peter Kraus
This is a no-brainer. We love Peter and we love him even more with his shirt off. Who cares if he didn’t want to commit on the Bachelorette? He wasn’t ready. But we are ready to see him compete in the Winter Games. We’re pretty sure it’s going to happen.
Nick Peterson
Nick won the entire $250K cash prize on Bachelor Pad 3 (2012) and we’re totally cool with that. He knew how to play the game. He recently opened an Orange Theory Fitness franchise in Pennsylvania and there’s no question he’s fit enough to compete. And he’s hilarious (we love a guy with a sense of humor. Take a moment to watch the video below.
Chase McNary
Chase is boring but he always has a smile on his face and we’d be remiss if we didn’t mention his hot bod. He’s constantly climbing mountains or doing something athletic, so we think he qualifies to be one of our top 5 Bachelor Winter Games guys.
We’ll follow up soon with our couples and girls list. Which guys would you like to see on The Bachelor Winter Games?
