Nick Viall gives lame relationship advice to ‘Bachelorette’ Rachel and her final pick

Former Bachelor Nick Viall admits he hasn’t watched the Bachelorette, but that didn’t stop him from giving Rachel relationship advice.

Rachel Lindsay will finally get to show off her engagement ring, and her fiance, on next week’s live Bachelorette After the Final Rose special. The couple will no longer have to have secret getaways and will start their life as a normal couple. Or as normal as you can be when fans, and the media, are watching your every move.

Nick Viall, who dumped Rachel after the Fantasy Suite dates on his season of the Bachelor, felt compelled to give the Bachelorette star some relationship advice. After three failed attempts to find love on the Bachelorette/Bachelor in Paradise, Nick got engaged to Vanessa Grimaldi on the Bachelor season 21 finale in March. That means he’s qualified to give out relationship advice, right?

Nick hasn’t watched Rachel’s season

That’s right. Nick and Vanessa tell Entertainment Tonight they have been “too busy” to watch Rachel’s season.

But Nick still has advice to dole out to help Rachel navigate her way from an on-camera to an off-camera relationship.

Too busy? Nick is always on Snapchat mugging for the camera.

The least he could do is watch Rachel find love. Or is it totally uncomfortable watching the girl you spend the night in the Fantasy Suite find a more suitable guy?

Okay, that’s enough Nick-dissing for one day. Maybe.

Here’s Nick’s advice for Rachel

You should sit down for this one. It’s really profound.

When asked by ET to give some words of wisdom to Rachel and her new man, this is what Nick said….

“Just take things slow.”

Really, Nick? That’s all you could come up with? So lame!

Oh, and Vanessa chimed in, “Get to know each other outside of the Bachelor world.”

Amazing advice, don’t you think?

Something tells me Rachel will do just fine on her own, whether her relationship works out or not.
