Jade and Tanner Having A Boy Or Girl? It’s Gender Reveal Day For ‘Paradise’ Couple

Bachelor in Paradise stars Jade and Tanner Tolbert found out the sex of their baby on Thursday and shared the big news on social media.
It’s gender reveal day for Jade and Tanner! The Paradise stars are expecting their first child in September. On Thursday, they found out if they are having a boy or girl. Of course, they documented their trip to the doctor on social media.

It’s clear that they are over-the-moon excited for their little one to arrive. Now that they know what they are having, let the room decorating begin in their new home.
Shortly after they emerged from the doctor’s office, Tanner shared the ultrasound of Baby Tolbert with fans on his Instagram story. Jade and Tanner’s followers have been following the couple’s lives since they got married on Bachelor in Paradise last summer.
From adding a dog to their family to building a new home, life is good for the reality TV stars. Add a baby to the mix and that makes them one of the few success stories in the Bachelor franchise.
And considering the news was pretty bleak for former Bachelor Chris Soules this week, some good news was necessary. Note — Jade made it to hometowns on Chris’ season. She has yet to speak out about the hit and run charges that were filed against Chris earlier this week.
Let’s get back to Jade and Tanner’s happy baby news
Jade has been showing off her baby bump on Instagram and many fans guessed that the couple will welcome a little girl into the world in September. Before they headed into the doctor’s office, Tanner said he thought they might be having a girl as well.
Baby Girl Tolbert or Baby Boy?
Shortly before 2 p.m. ET on Thursday, Tanner announced on his Instagram story, “Hey guys we just found out what the sex of the baby is. We are going to have a little baby…”
Tanner left everyone in suspense for a few hours. And now the couple has confirmed that they won’t reveal the sex of their baby until next week! Jade states in her Instagram post that they want to tell their family first, but there’s more…
It looks like Jade and Tanner will be doing their gender reveal in partnership with People magazine. Jade is doing a pregnancy vlog for the magazine to keep fans updated about her pregnancy.
So, today’s semi-announcement was a bit of a tease. All eyes will be on the couple’s social media next week for the gender reveal.
