As the new Bachelorette, Jenn Tran is ready to shake things up. Not only is she the first Asian-American to be the lead, but she will now also be the first not to film her season in the Bachelor mansion.

Yes, that's right! Instead of the staple mansion that has been used by ABC for the last two decades, things will be taking place at a new mansion for Jenn's season. What are the details on this? Where is this mansion? And why the change?

Find out below!

ABC is making big changes with Jenn Tran's season of The Bachelorette

When chatting with Entertainment Tonight, Tran stated, "I think what I've been trying to tell myself first Asian Bachelorette, first PA student, we're really breaking the mold this season. I feel like a new mansion is the perfect way to break the mold... I'm gonna bless it with some really good vibes."

I actually love this idea.

If ABC is looking to shift direction with its flagship shows, it has to start with changes somewhere, and I think going with the historic direction is just the way to go. I love that they're embracing the idea of moving things around, and I hope that it reflects within the season.

According to PEOPLE, the first night of The Bachelorette Season 21 will be filmed in Santa Susana, California at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch. It is quite a breathtaking location, if I do say so myself.

Following this, Tran and the all the remaining men will jet set off to New Zealand and Australia, amongst other countries. It's looking it will be a international-heavy season and really explore beyond the usual locale of the series.

It is certianly going to be a season to remember, and I for one am looking forward to Jenn as the Bachelorette. I am not sure what her season will be like, but I am intrigued to see how it plays out. She certainly stood out during her time on Joey Graziadei's season, and that is what landed her the spot as the lead.
