The Bachelor season 28 finale spoiler recap: Joey gets engaged to...
By Diana Nosa
It's all come down to this: Joey Graziadei is ready to choose the woman whom he hopes to spend the rest of his life with on The Bachelor! However, the path ahead of him is much easier than done, as he has to bid goodbye to one woman before he does walk away hand in hand with this final pick.
Warning: This article contains spoilers for The Bachelor season 28!
So far, Joey has had a very tough time breaking the hearts of people who thought they were going to make it to the end. For example, with Maria Georgas, we couldn't help but notice how gutted she was when things didn't work out. The same goes for Rachel Nance, who was this season's third-place contestant. But through all of their tears, Joey was definitely hurting even more.
Tonight's episode will show why Joey's tears won't go in vain, as he will finally receive the happy-ever-after he has been chasing for all this time.
It's time for the final two to meet Joey's family!
During Hometowns, Joey got to meet his final four's loved ones. However, this time, the tables have turned, making it Kelsey Anderson and Daisy Kent's turn to meet those whom Joey holds dear.
Joey's friends and family will give him some much-needed advice to help him make up his mind about who he should choose. Even so, he knows that this could all backfire on him, as all it takes is for one of the women to decline his proposal. He prepares himself mentally for any and every outcome, however, with how much Kelsey and Daisy adore Joey, it's safe to say he doesn't have to worry about leaving The Bachelor empty-handed.
Joey's tearful goodbye to Daisy
As difficult as it was, Joey decided that Daisy Kent wasn't the person for him after all. The two were so close to being endgame, even convincing Bachelor Nation that they actually ended up together. But, somewhere along the way, Joey knew that his feelings for Kelsey triumphed over his feelings for Daisy.
Needless to say, saying goodbye to the runner-up didn't come without emotions for Joey since he had his eyes on Daisy from the very beginning. She was one of the first contestants that Joey fell in love with! All the more reason why it left him in shambles when he had to let Daisy go.
You can see how torn up Joey is throughout the entire finale here:
Though Joey had to close the door on Daisy, he was really opening a new door on Kelsey Anderson, as this lucky lady is the one he chose to be with in the end.
Kelsey Anderson wins The Bachelor season 28!
After enduring ten long weeks of watching the man of her dreams fall in and out of love with other women, we're sure Kelsey Anderson is overjoyed about the fact that Joey chose her to be the one he, hopefully, calls his wife one day.
Joey and Kelsey are practically joined at the hip and understand one another better than most. So much so that it would've floored us if the two weren't a match made in heaven! There were a few close calls along the way, but, in the end, it's Joey and Kelsey.
Hopefully, things last forever for Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson! Our fingers are crossed and we wish nothing but the best for the happy couple!
