It seems like Joey Graziadei's journey as The Bachelor only just began, but we've officially reached the halfway point in the season and are racing towards the finale.

By the end of episode 6, only six women will remain in the competition meaning Joey will be just a few eliminations away from landing on his Final 4 and determining which four women will be heading to hometowns. That's right, hometowns are just around the corner, and soon Joey will be meeting the families, taking three women to the overnight dates, and finally introducing two women to his family before he makes his final decision.

We're in for a crazy few weeks ahead on the show and the finale is only a few short weeks away, at least it should be.

ABC has not yet set The Bachelor 2024 finale date

At this time, ABC has yet to announce the finale date for Joey's season of The Bachelor but we're closer to the end of the season than we are the beginning. Unless there are any unexpected changes to the season's schedule, we should see The Bachelor season 28 coming to a close at the end of March.

Like Zach Shallcross's season of The Bachelor, Joey's season started later than normal kicking off a few weeks into the new year rather than at the beginning of January. As such, we should see the season follow a similar schedule to Zach's season which wrapped the last week of March 2023. Should Joey's season indeed follow the same timeline, we should see the season 28 finale air on Monday, March 25, 2024.

We're expecting that the season finale will be a special three-hour episode and there is a good chance the episode will end with ABC announcing who the next Bachelorette will be. No leaks have made their way online yet, but we know there is one woman from Joey's season who most certainly will not be named the next Bachelorette due to the fact that she is the lucky woman to end up with Joey this season!

Warning: The Bachelor season 28 finale spoilers ahead!

UPDATE 2/27/2024: In a surprising move, Reality Steve has just shared on social media that his original reporting of The Bachelor season 28 winner was incorrect. In an Instagram post, which you can see here, he says Kelsey Anderson is actually the winner and is engaged to Joey, NOT Daisy Kent.

See our original reporting below which has since been reported inaccurate by Reality Steve.

Who does Joey end up with on The Bachelor? The answer isn't surprising at all!

Following the sixth episode of the season, Joey is left with six women: Kelsey Anderson, Maria Georgas, Daisy Kent, Rachel Nance, Kelsey Toussant, and Jenn Tran. Of those six women, Kelsey A., Maria, Daisy, and Rachel make it to hometowns and get the chance to introduce Joey to their families.

After hometowns, Joey is forced to make one of his most difficult eliminations of the season in selecting which three women will move on to the overnight dates. At the end of the day, Joey's connection with Maria was not strong enough for her to get a rose leading to her elimination at the rose ceremony just shy of the Top 3.

During the overnight dates, Joey gets to spend time with Kelsey, Daisy, and Rachel in a more intimate setting which allows the pair to have hard conversations and get to know one another even more while the cameras aren't rolling. These dates have often been major turning points in the season and prove to be make or break with shocking eliminations often coming after the overnights. We don't quite know what to expect from the overnights but what we do know is that Rachel gets eliminated making Daisy and Kelsey Joey's final 2.

When all is said and done, Joey ends up getting down on one knee to propose to Daisy Kent and she happily accepts his proposal. According to Reality Steve, Joey and Daisy end the season engaged to one another which isn't too surprising given the connection the pair have built over the course of the season. Daisy and Joey have had one of the most genuine and strongest bonds all season long, so knowing it's Daisy who Joey ends up with at the end of the season is not a surprise at all.

What will be a surprise is to see how the pair get to their engagement at the end of the season as the upcoming episodes unfold. We expect that we'll get to see Joey and Daisy's connection growing even stronger as the season winds down and we're so eager to see what leads up to their proposal. We fell in love with the pair early on and are so happy they ended up together, so getting to watch the final episodes knowing they end up together is going to be an amazing experience.
